For the production of this pouch for a promotional operation in chemists, drugstores, beauty parlours, spas, etc., the customer provided the cosmetic samples, fixed a budget and requested a natural trend. Design Duval had then complete freedom in the design.

Always on the lookout for new trends, Design Duval used its expertise in thermoforming and sewn leather goods. Our designers thus created a sewn pouch with gusset, made of crystal clear PVC to give a clear view of the products. We chose a natural woven trim with a plaited look for this stylish pouch.

Wanting the packaging to enhance the products, Design Duval integrated a custom-made thermoformed shape. The samples thus remain well in place in the vanity beauty case.

Promotional packaging acts as a communication support. The customer’s logo was thus screenprinted on the transparent kit. Furthermore, Design Duval designed a removable cardboard insert printed in four-colour on both sides. Inserted under the thermo wedge and visible on the back of the pouch, this card can be used to communicate the brand, the promotional offer and the products contained in the travel kit. The airline travel size kit closes with a very practical zipper.
