Customized welded and thermoformed POS display for sand or powder samples

An original welded and thermoformed POS display, entirely customized to meet your requirements.

The purpose of this display is to show powder, grain and sand samples in 20 bags and 30 boxes.
The customer liked the idea of using a thermoformed shape with custom-made recesses to fit the contents. But how do you get the bags to fit in their slots? Design Duval equipped each thermoformed part with a sliding PVC plate, to secure the samples perfectly. The sample references were screenprinted in two-colour on each lid.

Our customer wanted a very robust product, so the choice of a PVC cover was obvious. The four outer panels of the cover were customized with prints in welded transparent pockets.

We also provide

• pockets sealed only on three sides, so the prints can be changed;
•  four-colour offset printing on the PVC cover, specially if you order large quantities.

A thermoformed box with customized finishes

The powder sample display had to be easy to take to customers, showrooms or trade fairs. We equipped it with a Velcro strap to secure the lock and a polypropylene carrying handle. The handle can be folded down, allowing the colour chart to be unfolded completely for a professional presentation.

For this project, Design Duval has also

• supplied round boxes with lids for the samples,
• printed the cover pages in four colour.
