Our client needed new travel pouches and wanted a new material to replace the PVC initially used.
Design Duval suggested a waterproof nylon, with a stitched finish for an upmarket design.
This new waterproof pouch, a promotional gift for the customers of the tour operator, is ideal for storing and protecting travel documents (identity card, passport, tickets…). Consumers can also easily reuse it as a beauty case, a wallet, etc.
The pouch for travel documents comes with a label holder for luggage identification. This product, now widely recommended by all carriers, is a useful object and also helps to communicate the brand.
Size, material, marking, finish: manufacturing exclusively bespoke pouches
The sewn waterproof nylon flap pouch was made in A5 format and contains two pockets: one in the same nylon as the pouch, the other one in transparent crystal PVC. The outline of the pouch is trimmed with a fuchsia pink seam binding in line with the brand charter.
To promote the travel agency’s brand, we customized the nylon travel pouch and the PVC luggage tag holder with a three-colour screenprint.
