Three assorted cases for three ranges of samples
The collection contains three cases: one for each product range. Each flooring sample case is composed of three panels of laminated, turned-in binder’s board.
On two inside panels, custom-cut foam wedges hold flooring samples and tubes containing sand samples. The thickness of the foams is selected according to the thickness of the samples, for a perfect finish and fit.
The samples are meant to be manipulated and can be easily removed from their recesses by using the grip hole.
Because of its low tooling costs, foam is ideal for manufacturing sample charts in small quantities. In order to respect our client’s budget limits, Design Duval created foam amalgam displays, successfully fitting heavy samples into these units.

In order to highlight the samples and the customer’s brand, the flooring sample box was customized on request :
- printing of covers on both sides,
- fabric lamination on the outside for optimal protection of the sample chart,
- clear PVC A4-size pocket stuck on the back of the front cover for information, customized according to the content and the targeted country,
- closed by two magnets, concealed for a neat finish.

- cutting and gluing of foams,
- manufacturing and sticking of transparent PVC pocket for documentation,
- printing and creating documentation,
