Design Duval designs, manufactures and personalises your POS grout sample display for DIY superstores as a complete service.
Made of 10 mm expanded PVC, the customizable panel can hold a complete range of samples by combining cement or epoxy sealants and silicone drops.
The grout profiles can be stuck directly on the Forex panel or, to avoid any risk of tearing, into milled recesses in the PVC .
In this case, according to your aesthetic preferences, we suggest fixing the aluminium profile
- partly in the recess, so that the sample slightly protrudes ;
- completely in the recess, the sample is then visible in its aluminium profile;
- completely in the recess, but hiding the aluminium strip and cutting out a shape, giving the POS a more elegant finish.
Silicone drops can be pasted into recesses or cast into an aluminium strip, like the grout.
This type of POS sample display is also adapted to parquet or acrylic sealants.

The panel display can be easily hung at the point of sale with a top hole and/or chain, or ring clamps at the back, to fix it to a shelf. It is up to you to choose the fastening system you prefer. You can also fully customize your tile grout POS panel and advertise your brand and products with screen- or digital printing.
