Custom manufacturing of a case for sales demonstrations

Our client, an industrial manufacturer of window joinery, wanted to provide its sales network and consultants with a sectional joinery angle to show the different materials that constitute its products. He asked us to create a compact and economical carry case able to protect the window section.

So we conceived and created a customized polypro case whose shape is perfectly adapted to the window angle. This shape protects the joinery sample without the need for internal wedging. Not only an economical solution, but also environmentally friendly, as it limits the use of raw materials.

A space-saving joinery angle briefcase

For aesthetic reasons, we chose translucent polypropylene. This material allows a clear view of the joinery angle in its container and is consistent with the product’s function: luminosity!
One side of the briefcase has been screen printed with the company logo.

Our customer wanted to limit the storage volume, so the case was designed to be delivered flat in one piece: the handle and lock are fitted in our workshops by our teams, and the cases are assembled by the customer. The folding and locking system with integrated tabs makes the briefcase very easy to put together.

Like all Design Duval products, this sales presentation casec an be customized with the print of your choice and adapted to the size of your products.
