Range of two cardboard and foam sample display cases containing tubes designed for samples of sand, gravel, aggregates and powders

Fully made to measure and customizable sample boxes

This display case for a complete range of samples was made of 2 mm laminated turned-in binder’s board, finished with a thin 4-colour printed matt film.

Design Duval designed this case as a triptych, with two separate cardboard flaps to allow an optimal closing, perfectly adapted to the thickness of the foam padding. Two magnets discreetly integrated in the cardboard keep the case closed.

A transparent PVC pocket intended for product information was added on the inside flap.
In its open position, the display case offers a full view on all the enclosed samples.

To display aggregates and powders, Design Duval chose small transparent tubes with caps. The sample tubes were inserted into a customized foam shape. In this way, they are perfectly secured for transport and can be easily handled during a demonstration.

Based on the client’s needs, Design Duval designed an extra customized sample display wallet. This display wallet shows a small selection of samples with the same properties as those contained in the larger version. Only its dimensions are different.
