A fully customized functional ice box
Design Duval designed and produced an isothermal bag as advertising gift for customers holding a large retailer’s loyalty card.
Made of a flexible and resistant textile, this rectangular shaped bespoke ice box has a capacity of 30 liters and is equipped with two handles. To protect food and beverage, the cooler bag is fitted with a 3 mm insulating foam and a full zipper.
The icebox is very functional: thanks to its large flap, it opens completely from the top. A sewn metal two way zipper with rubber pull closes the flap hermetically. Design Duval also added a front pocket closed with a Velcro to the bag. Gussets increase the volume of the pocket, ideal for picnic accessories, for instance.

In order to provide our client with a quality product, Design Duval designed and manufactured an airtight bag with a sewn finish, insulation materials and quality fabric.
The bottom of the bag, its cardboard lining and the rigid corners guarantee shape and stability of the ice box, even when empty. The client’s advertisement is printed in 4-colour on the front of the cooler bag.
