Sustainable sales display made of printed corrugated cardboard – 100% ecological and suitable for organic products

DESIGN DUVAL designed and manufactured asales display consisting of a base made of double wall corrugated cardboard on all 4 sides and an equally reinforced topper made of corrugated cardboard. The choice of material, recycled corrugated cardboard makes it possible to combine solidity, easy fitting and respect for the company’s environmental values.

Still aiming for sustainability, the sales display was directly printed in 4-colour digital format. Compared to a POS display made of laminated cardboard, where an offset sheet is laminated onto the solid or corrugated cardboard, this process limits paper consumption and thus carbon impact.

Both POS countertop display with digital print and its unit packaging are fully recyclable.

This sales display is delivered flat as a kit, with mounting instructions. The unit packaging is made of recycled grey cardboard with paper banding. The POS countertop display can be quickly set up without glue nor accessories. The product display must not exceed a flat format of 390 x 290 mm (the size of the transport crate used to ship the products).

An eco-designed countertop display in complete service : high-resolution digital printing on recycled corrugated cardboard, cutting, unitary kit packaging

This countertop display was made of corrugated cardboard with large size direct high resolution digital printing . We use VOC-free UV printing Inks according to the EN71 Toy Standard. The ink’s elasticity allows 180° folding without discolouring the creases.

The cutting was carried out on a hydraulic press with a cutting tool.

The unit packaging is made of recycled cardboard.
