Design Duval – expert in PVC HF welding and thermoforming
Thanks to our experience in high-frequency welding and PVC thermoforming, Design Duval could provide this sample display with a robust and resistant solution. The cover is made of PVC, the samples are cast in small trays which are clipped onto a thermo. A patented tilting system allows them to be easily removable.
To print on this display case, we opted for digital four-colour print for the front cover and silk-screen printing for the thermos to identify the products.
A little extra: a loose transparent pocket containing the catalogue has been welded on the left side. It can be flapped back and protects the samples when the thermoformed sample case is closed.
A solid know-how in manufacturing samples and handling the actual tools for thermoforming and plastic shapes
Design Duval has been making PVC displays with thermoformed parts for more than 30 years and is equipped with a large variety of tools. For this thermoformed display, all the tools were available (welding, thermoforming, buckets) which means a significant saving for the customer.
Flooring samples were also prepared by our teams with different types of sand according to the different locations or countries. The containers and thermos are of course marked according to the land of destination.
