Tile cement grout and silicone sealing POS display

The making of this POS display unit for tile grout samples reveals Design Duval’s know-how.

The cement grouts are cast in aluminium profiles marked with the colour reference. The foam packaging makes it easy for the user to take out the grout samples and place them next to a tile or to the corresponding silicone sealant.

In the case of the silicone sealant, the colours are applied directly to the cardboard holder as homogeneous drops.

A customized colour chart with a dual function (binder and counter display) provided as a complete service (display, samples and packaging).

This sealant sample colour chart, a real sales tool, was made of laminated, turned-in binder’s board. Hidden magnets lend this display a double function: as a sample folder that can be stored on a shelf or as a triangular POS display that can stand on a counter. Foam pads have been added to prevent the silicone drops from being crushed when the display is closed.

Design Duval took complete charge of this grout display project: display design, printing and pasting, aluminium profile supply, grout sample casting, reference identification, silicone droplet application, padding supply and fixing, individual packaging. The customer supplied the printing files, material and master samples – and received his displays ready to use 4 to 6 weeks later.
