Bespoke transparent EVA swimsuit pouch

An original design for a swimsuit kit as a bonus gift!

As part of the launch of a new line of suncare cosmetics, a well-known brand called on Design Duval to design a promotional gift in line with the spirit of its latest products.

Manufacturer of bespoke promotional packaging, Design Duval offered to design a custom-made transparent EVA pouch in the shape of a body with a swimsuit printed on it. Following the client’s expectations, Design Duval took charge of the entire project:

• drawing and creating the shape,
• choice of material and type of printing,
• cutting and welding of the pouch,
• screenprinting.

This waterproof pouch has been designed to hold your swimsuit or sunscreen products, but also to be easily reused for other occasions. It is transparent so you can easily see its contents, has a slider for a complete closure and an eyelet to add a lace or hang it up.

Choosing custom-made: An original material and an exclusive design for a swimsuit pouch

The bathing suit pouch was entirely designed and custom-made by Design Duval.
Our designers created a very special shape. They opted for a body shape with a screenprinted swimsuit drawing. They chose a radiant orange, in line with the customer’s colour code and recalling the range of sunscreen cosmetics.
The brand name and the name of the product range were also printed each on the front and the back of the case .
Our designers chose EVA as a material. This material is indeed very supple, very soft and has a very pleasant texture. EVA has also been selected for its waterproof quality. Ideal for a swimsuit pouch !
